Registering for a Tour

A $100 DEPOSIT is required to sign up for any tour. Trip balance is due by September 1st, 2008. Cancellation prior to September 1, 2008 forfeits deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of trip forfeits 1/2 of trip cost. Cancellation within 14 days of trip forfeits full payment. All trips are filled in the order of receipt of deposits, followed by an ordered waiting list. *Registration after September 1, 2008, or late payment of balance due costs $25 extra.

If you can not get it from the web site, you may obtain a copy by contacting Get Out & Go Tours, LLC Tour Director at info@getoutandgo.biz or 703-728-8665 (phone). Upon receipt of deposit and waiver, a confirmation letter, rooming arrangements, emergency contact numbers, and directions to the starting point will be provided.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation at any time forfeits deposit. Cancellation between 30 days and 14 days of tour forfeits 50% of tour cost. Cancellation with less than 14 days remaining until tour forfeits full tour cost.. Get Out & Go Tours reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to extreme weather, unsafe trail conditions, government intervention, or any other reason that would affect the quality of the schedule tour or safety of its participants. In 14 years of tour operations, this has never happened, and if we must cancel a tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund, or credit toward a future tour, whichever you prefer.
